At Our Big Picture, we make our home in an 18th century Grade 2 listed Georgian building on Bethlehem Street. Our recent archaeological project has unearthed evidence of occupation on the site dating back to the 14th century. So, we have Grimsby’s heritage all around us.

Inspired by Grimsby’s rich heritage – both as a fishing port and also stretching right back to our Viking roots – we have transformed our space into a unique and innovative arts and heritage hub that honours its historical significance while fostering creativity and cultural enrichment in the town centre.

Our Flexible Venue:
We own our venue and it is a flexible space. We can use our venue as a HQ to deliver whatever programmes the local community demands. We offer historical preservation, artistic inspiration and innovation in a historic setting.

We have transformed this space into a unique and innovative arts and heritage hub that honours its historical significance while fostering learning, skills development, creativity and cultural enrichment in the town centre.

Our Creative Spaces:
We offer a range of spaces to artists, performers and communities. These are available both short term and long term and can be employed for anything from a meeting or a presentation, to a practice or lab space and an artist’s studio.

Whatever you need our creative space for, you know you’ll receive the support of the entire Our Big Picture team and our resources.

Rates

We can offer hire of our flexible spaces for as little as £20 per hour, our spaces are multi-purpose to suit your needs! Prices may be subject to slight change and will be confirmed on booking.
