efinition of success…

Most of our funded and commissioned work is sharply focused – we describe this as ‘a mile deep not a mile wide’. We measure success through the individual’s creative journey, as much as through their deliverables and outcomes. Qualitative and quantitative data is gathered at key points of the individual’s journey.

With larger public events, we measure success through measurable analytics such as qualitative feedback, data capture (such as postcode, age and footfall) as well as levels of engagement with the activity.

Success is also defined as meeting funders’ and clients’ criteria, but we pride ourselves on delivering beyond their expectations, measured against our business plan and our creative/cultural ambitions.
